Bad service

I have tried on numerous occasions to have my debit order cancelled at Telkom Cresta (they created the debit order). I cancelled my contract in December and I'm still being billed and the debit order is still being deducted off my account. I've been to their store as well as trying to contact them via telephone which is a complete waste of time. They don't pick up their phone.
