Bad service

The Telkom at waterfall mall in rustenburg is a serious problems, the service is really bad. I am sure i am not the only one frustrated.

You get there the service is down, they close earlier than the mall hours, you can stand on the line, while they know very well that their system is down no one says anything. Today a security guard told me Vodacom and MTN are open during this period but not Telkom.
