Bad Service

I was smashed and grabbed yesterday and today i did a sim swop to get my old number back and then i selected the wrong tarrif plan when i called to ask them to please change my tarrif plan to Thola More i was told sorry for the trauma you went through but you must wait 30 days before you can change your plan. Nobody was willing to assist me at all.
