Bad service

On the 18th of March 2022 I went to Telkom Cresta Express for the blue bargain sale...wanting 2x Samsung A12 and I was advised that they are out of stock And they will order and let me know...I have ordered one black and one blue ..I was then on the 25 that my phones have arrived... I then went to the store and only to find out that one of the consultants sold the same phones I came to collect to another customer that was in front of me..when is my turn to be assisted I was told those were not my phones and they will order me other phones... I wasn't happy at all and I have to cancel my commitments on Saturday the 26th March to collect the phones only that the same phones were sold to a walk in customer. I was advised the will get phones to be delivered and only Keywest had those phones... until today am still waiting for phones... I even spoke to the Manager in there gave me his number and guess what I am the customer but I have to always ask how far with the phones not even the manager tool initiative to ask or update me... I need those phones asap or other phones but not Huawei as I did tell them in store.. with the same price or at no cost since I have been waiting for ages or manna from heaven for the phones to come. What a pathetic service i have received. I am a regular Telkom customer and always buy my phones at Telkom Direct Cresta and never had any issues with them..
