Bad serves of telkom sa

Good Day! We are struggling nearly a year now with telkom . My dad had a prepaid land line that is out of order for a 1 year and telkom told us they are giving him a other phone there are about R4.000 on on his prepaid line . we struggle 10 month now to get the other phone that they promised him Pls pls pls help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .
