bad serive and very disgusted

TELKOM WHAT a disgusting service you have offered me regarding my telephone issue at home, its has been over a month and this matter is still pending the technical to resolve which I don't know by when, by the time you have wanted to resolve this matter I would have won my case with the commission as to the poor service delivery, I have made payment for the whole and you are inconveniencing financial.....so get your act together and have my problem resolved SOONEST not when this week...not going to say please I DEMANd the service as its my right to do so.
