Bad serive and over charging at the wrong time

Firstly I have to say Telkom is the worst service provide in all of South Africa. The stay if absolutely unhelpful the financial department is all up to *** they don’t know what they are doing. I had a outstanding amount from July which I wasn’t told about when I called and asked the lady if I owe any mote she egad Said no and now they debit me this month which is November for the outstanding amount owed in July and I still have to pay my debit next month again. I spoke to a lady who was not helpful at all infact I think they should just close Telkom down because they service being provided is absolutely **** and I mean **** to the core I have never been so unsatisfied in my life and my BIGGEST regret is choosing Telkom I should of just stayed with MTN they were the best I don’t know why I switched to this ****py network I am regretting my decision a grate deal
