Bad seevice

Useless useless useless service from telkom..on the 10th Dec 2020 i upgaded my phone (package), 14 days later still no phone...when i cann in I'm told to contact the courier service....did i enter into a contract with courier it? When i call in I'm told Siyabonga is the person who handled my case and will be the one who resolves it because they can't yet i have no way of speaking to Siyabonga.
