Bad Sale/Service

Telkom Mobile is the worst in the telecoms industry. I app**** for a data deal on the 29/07/2015 and up to date no one from telkom has come back to me. I tried contacting them but no one seems to be able to assist me. I sat for over 20mins calling 10213 and i sat listening to music the whole time and no answer. I even triwed calling 081 180 but the consultants just drop the call when they here my query. Bad service Telkom Mobile. Thats why you guys are at the bottom of the chain when it comes to the mobile industry.
