Bad review

I received a call from telkom protea Glen last week. I have a contract phone with them. Which they have been rightfully deducting or, from my nedbank account. This year they stopped deducting saying that I am using the same account.

Yesterday I went to the telkom branch at protea Glen they said I changed my bank account to telkom, but when they pull up the account details the account was not on my name.

They said I owe R4400 for the contract phone, because they have been deducting from has been declining which is the FNB account and it is not on my name.
