Bad review

Telkom the worst company ever... I paid my account with a reference number they provided me with which was on the 8th of Dec... Since then I've been on the ph with numerous agents of telkom and each one promised me they would resolve my problem I've emailed proof of payment more than 3..4..times and I just did it again today... Even telkom managers that I spoke to promised to phone me back it never happened... I spoke to a team leader this morning she promised to call me back nothing happened.. And now 14..yes 14 days later nothing has been done.. no call backs no emails not even a follow up of what's happening they took R399 out of my account on the 15Nov....no one knows why or what it was for pls ppl wake up don't allow anyone to subscribe with telkom because since I ha e this contract they only got my account rite the first month after that it just got worst and now on a level where they don't even know what's happening coz each agent gives me a different story every time I pH... Really... Really frustrated and ****ed off...
