Bad response

At telkom, not only is the store service poor, bt telkom as a whole is disappointing. the response you give me is... I have told you my problem. Nothing is resolved i did not have get the phone. Instead of telkom wanting me to give them good reviews why dont you solve the problem first then ask me all that. Talk to the staff, train your stuff. I need this problem to be sorted soon
