bad responce
I app**** for a month to month land line an a 8mbps ADSL line. This was done on line. An agent contacted me and told me about the January Big deal. this is a fantastic deal, I informed her that the problem is that I am under debt review I was informed that this is not a problem as long as I don't owe Telkom any money. All the terms and conditions were read out. Since then I have phoned responded to email ********** and get no response. All I need to know is the big deal approved or not. if not this is holding up me application for a landline and a 8mbps line.

09 Feb 2018, 22:08Thanks for the responce. I eventually out of frustration cancelled the contract. Your call centre personal are unfraindly. You can't get to a supervisor. Leave your number no phone calls back. I would haved loved that deal, but was always told can't put in data lines. Know the last suppervisor was a Michelle. This was according to the call centre. If ther can supply the product I would have and still would have taken the January Big beal. False advertising to offer the package. Then tell me they can't supply the line. I will now go to Mweb. I will publish this responce as I'm really not happy.
