bad reception in an area

I've been with telkom mobile for over a year and a half and every day of my life is a struggle with them as I have to always find a proper connection even though I am in a supposed full area Connection. The past couple days it's been even worse it takes over 30 minutes to open a simple Web page such as a ping tester. I've never experienced such bad service and will never purchase anything from telkom mobile ever again.
