Bad product and bad service

I order an iPhone 14 pro it was delivered to me 7 days are and am unable to use to the phone because it's over heating I have been calling sales they told me I must call query department when I call query them they told me they can't assist I must to the near store I went there last week Thursday the lady told me if it's online purchased product they won't be able to assist me,now am sitting with an expensive that I can't use because none want to assist me.
