bad product

<p>i bought airtime from a shop now the slip has telkom logo n flash on it, so i was thinkin that the airtime should work only to find that it doesnt work. i then called the call centre only to speak to a consultant who tels me that this is not a telkom product so he cant help. the thing im hating abt this is that i bought this airtime before and it worked and it loaded airtime but over night it doesnt work anymore n now im told its not a telkom product</p>
