Bad/poor service/unhappy client

My name is Salmentia I have a contract with telkom mobile and their service just makes me want to cry.The staff members at menlyn have turned me into a laughing stock I go there every wikend to check my phone that I took in for repairs 6 months ago ,they brought it back once but it was not repaired and I took it back im stil waiting and ther has been no communication since.I paid the quote in december in full and I was assured repairs take 28days, <br> they are busy debiting money from my account for a device that I dont even have.Please help Iam getting really frustrated.
