Bad/poor service

<p>This telephone has been out of service for 2 weeks already . Telkom referred this to their cables department after 2 weeks. There has still been nothing done to rectify the problem. The owners are in their 80's and need their phone as this is the only means of communication with the children.</p> <p>I so wish that there was a private telecommunications network as Telkom will not see me for dust.</p> <p>I was notified to try to help after 1 week as they received NO service at all. It was only after I phoned numerous times that somebody eventually went out to the site. The people who anser the phone can only relay the message which they do. The maintenance crew do nothing. This problem was escalated to management twice already and still no go.</p>
