Bad or No service from Telkom

I have had a cable landlines with Telkom, and was given the new wireless landlines. I have been fighting with Telkom for 3 weeks with no luck. ***..which means nothing. I have taken the land phone to Telkom @ carnival mall and they also can't help. Where do we get help when No one is listening or can't do there job
