BAD OR NO SERVICE
<p>Two weeks back I reported that I have moved into a new property and infront of my garage there is a concrete pole with a cable holding up a telephone pole .I want the concrete pole to be removed because it limits my entry towards the garage ,the ref no given was 907827 .Last week I phoned in they were busy with it ,today I phoned they could not help me if I do not have the date when I reported this ,what is the reason for getting a ref no if that is not enough for them </p>
A week has past still no responce from anybody I will demolish the concrete pole myself by the 21st and if the telephone falls over not my problem it has been now a month since I have reported it and nothing has happened
