Bad online service

After 2 years I tried upgrading. Finally got a very eager sales consultant with absolutely 0 email s****s to assist me. Then rushed me to take a deal and after sending her the forms I heard nothing and the new deal is not in place as promised. This agent goes by the name of Zoe Mthethwa and despite numerous emails daily she refuses to answer. Telkom please be in contact with me ASAP for assistance.
