Bad Online Service

<p>i have placed an online order for a cellphone handset and a package deal. i have told telkom they are able to debit my account asap in order for me to receive my phone, this was more than 2 weeks ago; i have tried calling them several times and spoken to a Sipolele who had more attitude than customer courtesy. up until now i had not received no feedback or update on what is happening to my order or if it has been processed.</p>
