Bad online service

I recently app**** for a black friday online deal for a cell phone. I I received a confirmation of application and was told a consultant will contact me in 48h. I then received an email stating that Telkom tried to contact me but I was not available. I never received any calls or missed calls from Telkom. If they have my email, why not contact me via email then. I tried to phone their customer service center, but phone just ringing for more than 30 min on my cell phone. How do you advertise a product to the public but are not able to follow through with deal. This very bad service from Telekom and borders on false advertising. They are sitting with all my sensitive information when I app**** online. Would definitely not go the same route again.
