<p>my wife s line been cut due to TWO accounts we made arrangments to pay on 15 of the month so every month we get this overdue **** for a year I have been struggeling to resolve this isu and I had it now please help me to get to the bottom persons who dont whant to put you thru to their suppervisers and every time the anser is we are whith in the time frame or we understand (what do they understand )Lungi Cele prommised to phone me back (stil waiting) Mesham Naidoo cant put me thru to some one that can help me . So every body is uncapebill ???case no ********** 4 was loged Still phone is out of service and in a houshold were we have no land line it is a pain </p> <p> </p>
