Bad news Telkom Greenstone

On Saturday I went to Telkom Greenstone, to port my number to Telkom. I spoke to a consultant Nozipho who said the port takes 24hrs to go thru, and by latest Monday it will be done,. By Monday 02 September the port was still not done and while speaking to another consultant on the phone, he said that the port will be done by Tuesday, well today is the day and nothing us done. So called the store again an asked to speak to the manager named milicent, called at 12pm and gave her te entire run down as Nozipho isn't at work since Monday, the manager took down all necessary information and said she will call back in a few minutes, hours have gone by and no call yet...
