I app**** for a Black Friday deal with Telkom, Huawei phone and a smar****ch for R149. After numberous calls, e-mails, trips to their walk in shops, nobody could or wanted to assist. Eventually i tweeted as i received no feedback. A contact person, Maggie responded only to tell me that somebody will contact me and after 2 weeks, there is still no response
