Bad network reception

I stay in North West, Makapanstad and everyone who has been using Telkom has been complaining about it for the past days. I have not had any internet connection from the 3rd of January 2025 until the 07th of January, today. This usually happens for about 2 days ..however this time around it took about 4 days with no service. This is very bad because I have an unlimited contract with Telkom and I ended up buying airtime on my Cell C SIM card of approximately R150 excluding the airtime advances I made. I am now in debt because of Telkom and I do not know how I will pay the advance. At this point I need some remuneration from Telkom, I will provide further proof thereof.
