Bad network coverage I'm really ****ed off now

hi my name is lebogang ramaro*** *** I am really tired of your service honestly very disappointing and diabolic no one is willing to help I stay in mohlakeng 8625 botlhokwa street randfontein. i have been struggling with network coverage for two weeks now imagine i cant work or do anything. I am really disappointed on your service i am even thinking to cancel this contract cause its not servicing me well. Telkom is really really bad ai im tired . The tower is always a problem. Can you connect me to a different tower. If this is not resolved i with escalate this to the group ceo office.
