bad network connection with telkom

i have two data contracts with Telkom and i pay R800 monthly,Telkom service is forever offline in my area and when u call they don’t offer any assistance yet i pay every month, my husband missed two online exams due to the bad network connection.i regret the day i took out the contract with telkom its not reliable
