Bad Manners Acc No ***

I went to Telkom yesterday as I have been struggling for Months now to get Telkom to cancel contract because their signal is not working. They sent their technician who confirmed that the signal is not working. I went to Telkom 2 weeks ago met a very friendly lady who promised me that Telkom will call me but Telkom never called me so I decided to return Telkom’s devise as Telkom demanded that I return the device for the contract to cancel something that is not in the contract. Telkom has also been debiting me for late payments even if there was no such contractual agreement. I returned to Telkom yesterday thinking I will still meet the friendly Telkom staff. I met this girl Ntlanzi Shikwambana who was very rude demanded that I narrate my stories to her that she was not going to read Telkom system notes. This girl was very *****y she demanded that I show her my story and I opened my phone to try and show her the e-mail and she turned around and be can’t you see I am typing here wait with that e-mail of yours even though it was her who demanded that I narrate. This resulted in insults exchange between me and Ntlanzi but the manager Linda Mkwa**** quickly defused the situation by resolving the matter and giving me deadlines. If it was not if this Ntlanzi I would not have come to Hello Peter or even consider resolving through the Courts.
