Bad Management and Customer Service

I do not understand why I keep on going back to Telkom. after a while when I canceled my last account it was due to this incompetency and bad customer service. now they tell me that the rejection fees are equal to the contract amount. this institution is very ***********. i would not advise anyone to engage with them or be their customer.
