Bad LTE service

I have reported a problem with my network over a week ago, I had to phone for call backs and still over a week and nothing has been done. It was almost a week before it was logged from pending and now its still just logged. They don't care because half of the time I can't open my emails etc so and problem just doesn't get resolved.
