Bad lte from telkom and poor customer service

I took contract from telkom with lte and was initially getting good speed of 30 to 40 Mbs since they with Vodacom. I have been getting very poor speed ,contact with telkom gets no results .always some excuse .and they want screen grabs etc ,which is provided .but still no response and help .tdsy speed is at less than 1 mbs .speed on a good day is about 3 mbs .this all when we were promised lte speeds ,note it was good but now very bad for over A month .
