Bad line always

So, here I am againg like every month. Complayning and it gets sorted and only lasts a month then we go again having a half meg line where i pay for a 4 meg uncapped adsl. Don't ever use TELKOM!!!!! I HATE telkom and feel like at this point I can burn down all their exchanges.
