Bad job

3 weeks ago I had to open my driveway gate because the Telkom contractor had to dig a hole. They needed to get to the Telkom lines, which they did. Although, when they left they just covered the hole with ground but haven't put the bricks back. With the latest rain the ground in the hole became a mud hole. I would appreciate it if the contractor will come and finish the job PROPERLY.
