Bad ITC listing for not paying on a cancelled account

Kindlu fix / update my itc listing for non payment as i have canceled all products and was in fact owed a refund and paid the refund i was never over due. I simply didnt pay as i wasn't liable to pay. Thank you for all the effort regarding cancelation please just update my credit profile.
