BAD ISP! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! BAD COMPANY!!

The worst service provider. I got my number suspended though my account is up to date. They claimed that I exceeded my spend-limit. I payed more than the balance that I owed them. I was told that my number will be reinstated in 24hours its been way past 24hours. When I called to enquire I was told by a clueless consultant that her hands are tied and that there is nothing that she can do I must basically wait. No accountability what so ever.
