Bad internet speed

Been having minimal to none network speed, contacted the call center, no change in the issue, reset the router, rebooted the router even did a sim swop after going backwards and forwards to the telkom branch. And best of all now I had to rate the service of telkom when my issue is Still not sorted. Seems as if no one is worried.
