Bad internet line shocking in fact

<p>i have had a Telkom adsl line for the better part of 4 years. I have been paying for a 10mbps line for all this time. My account is always in credit and the best I get is maybe 2.7mbps but last night was special I got a whopping 0.27mbps download speed. Telkom adsl how can you charge me for 10mbps and only deliver a fraction of the bandwidth I am paying for?? I would like my account reviewed swap and a technician out to come and asses my speed and come up with a better proposal as this is totally unacceptable and not the first time I have complained about this. </p>
