Bad Insurnace Finrite through Telkom mobile device

I Faith-full and constantly paid my premium for 24-month, now i made claim the cant assist me, i even paid my excess but still the cant assist I've been sending email & making phone call no one is will assist me. Very bad insurance with zero care for their clients or costumers. i have spend whole month without my phone.
