Bad horrible service

I bought contract tablets 2 years ago for my son. Then February 2018 I called them to block it as my sons tablet got ****** at school. A month after that I saw my installment was higher with r100. I called and I was advised I took a 8ita contract on the day i blocked my sons tablet. I asked for them to reverse that but they failed. I then went to the bank reversed that debit order and paid my installment of R180. They continued charging me fees for reversals and failed to cancel the contract I didn’t sign for. I was given multiple reference numbers but query was never resolved in full. This is one of their ref ***2. My contract ended November last year and they say I owe them R300+ They owe me as I was paying more. I was paying R200 instead of R180

I need them to go through their recordings and see I never took that 8ita contract and for them to reverse all fees charged regarding that contract and reimburse me whatever cent they owe me
