Bad helping attitude

I can understand if there is a system problem. But when the wrong account gets billed and they don't want to help you no matter how many times you phone or even on different platforms that they say they will help and just don't. That's really bad. Live up to your promises when the mistake is on your side and your customers have been more than patient.
