Bad & good

I went to the Telkom in Benoni lakeside mall, the one upstairs near FNB bank to do a sim swap, i found a gentleman with two ladies, i was given an attitude by the gentleman who didnt even ask me details just looked at my ID & said i owe telkom he cant help me without even asking for further details, fortunately id just like to say THANK YOU to the Telkom downstairs near clicks, the gentleman he assisted me, hes name is MIKE, thanks for your help my sim swap was done with no hassles!
