Bad first impression

I opened an account on 5/3/2015. Consultant stated 7 to 21 days to install. I followed up to change my address as it was incorrect. Followed up again and had to correct address again. Followed up again and corrected address yet again. Was told that my area lacks infrastructure. Their website shows 10mbps access for my address. Confirmed my address again and now they don't have ports. Installation is now September 2015! Made a complaint and got sms next day stating installation will happen on 25/3/2015. Phoned again on 23/3/2015 to confirm installation and found address to be incorrect yet again. Had to create a whole new order with correct address. Installation back to September 2015 again. Made another complaint and still no response received, even on first complaint. Wife got survey sms and she also complained. She has not received a response as yet. I want AD.SL now, not in 6 month's time. Their lack of \ports"is not my problem. Don't advertise for new business if you cannot supply the service!!!"""
