Bad feedback

on 01 November I app**** for a cell phone contract at Telkom in promenade mall mitchells plain after getting repeated sms's to say there is no stock I decided to do an online application on the 18 November. I have had adequate response even since, I have been calling their call centre on 10210 where u hold for no less than 20 minutes before being assisted by a consultant and when u get through the consultant has no adeguate answer as to what is the hold up except to say they don't know why its taking long because the 48 hour waiting period before u get feedback has passed. I have been assisted by vuyo, zondo t amongst others seems to me that Telkom is disorganized in as far as applications are concerned. I am applying for a Huawai P8 lite and Mate 7 but I have had no joy as yet from Telkom and their consultants.
