Bad extremely bad service. Will soon been paid for no service at all

If I did read the review about Telkom I will not even desite to go to Telkom for internet services. I bought the router as well as sign up on Friday 31 May. I did bring router home. Try to installed it. But with no luck at all. I contact via email the sales person. But no response at all. I call the call centre the phone been just drop into my ear. I didn't get even time to find out if there is a manager I can speak to at the Telkom branch where I did do the transaction.
