Bad expetiance by telkom

i bought Telkom airtime of R50 via EFT, it was successfully purchased on my bank statement it shows but it was never credited on my account i then lodged a query with Telkom on the 22 remember and send them the proof of purchase, they gave me a case number and promised me that the query will be fixed (sorted)72 hours of which was on 27 September 2017, but till today it was never sorted out, they keep on telling me that i will get it but now over their turn around point and i don't get any help. my number is ********** 180 case no ********** 8
