Bad Experience With Telkom Consultant,

I visited Parow Centre in Cape Town earlier today. When i walked past Telkom, i saw people at the entrance and heard them enquiring about the wi-fi fibre deals. I saw a Telkom consultant walking out the door .I approached her and wanted to know if i can ask her something. I wanted her to tell me if they had special wi-fi deals for pensioners, because i became interested when i saw the people enquiring at the door. She rudely told me that she's on lunch now and just walked on. I was surprised at her bad attitude, because i think highly of Telkom. I've been a Telkom client for more than 10 years and even influenced my family and friends to use their service. I eventually caught up with her and continued talking to her. She once again spoke to me in a very rude manner, telling me that she's on lunch and must not speak to her (in full view of Parow Centre customers). She was fully clothed in Telkom uniform. I asked her if that is the way that she speaks to clients and if she knows Customer Care. She said that she doesn't care. I then told her that a rude person like her should not work for a company like Telkom. I asked her her name and she rudely said her name is ATICA MANNY. Do what you want!!! I don't know if i spelled her name and surname correctly. I am very disgusted in her behaviour.
