BAD EXPERIENCE WITH TELKOM BUSINESS

I app**** for one business line for Polokwane Area, two devices were delivered to the Polokwane Address but the sim cards for the two sets are registered under Mokopane Area. I called several times and indicated that I am cancelling the deal, all agents promised "the matter is being escalated". And now is 4 weeks and I am sitting with the devices that I cannot use. I really cannot continue with this company - no communications and feedback since I raised the issue.
