Bad experience with telkom

No words to describe the freaking bad service from telkom.. I have been phoning for the past 4weeks every day just to get cut off and told due to covid there is a few technical issues.. Every call I stayed on the line for +-8 min just to get cut..

I just nee details from them and a new statement..

When i go in to the shops the consultants are sooooo time consuming or have bad attitudes..

Its a waste of time..
